1. Warranty Registration:
1.1. To be eligible for warranty coverage, you must complete the warranty registration process on our website within the four weeks of purchasing the product.
1.2. Warranty registration requires accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, contact details, product serial number, and purchase details.
1.3. Failure to register the warranty within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of warranty coverage.
2. Warranty Coverage:
2.1. The warranty coverage period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on the original purchase receipt or date mentioned on the physical warranty card.
2.2. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the product warranty card provided with the purchased product.
2.3. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
3. Charges for Extended Warranty:
3.1. Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty for an additional period of six months for select products listed below.
3.2. The charges for an extended warranty are as follows:

3.3. The charges for extended warranty are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST at the prevailing rate of 18% will be applicable and added to the extended warranty charges.
4. General Terms:
4.1. JK Files & Engineering reserves the right to modify or terminate the warranty registration process or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
4.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai.
